Due to handmade and personalized character of our product we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges at this time.

Once your package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All products are handmade so imperfections are to be expected. Pinacoladacreates will ship to the address listed on the order form.(Confirm your address before purchasing) Any packages returned will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Please read product descriptions before making a purchase.
